Processed Order

  • Ready stock orders will be processed within 2 business days. Pre-ordered items will be processed within 2 business days of arrival in stock which might take 7 - 14 business days.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation with order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam/ junk filter or contact
    us for confirmation
  • It you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at aphroofficial@gmail.com / IG (@aphro.official).
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors on address details provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, customer will need to take responsible on second shipment fees.
    We will then arrange the second deliver once payment has received.

 

Delivery Status

When your order has been shipped, we will inform through Whatsapp or Instagram include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

It you haven't received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at (@aphro.official) with your order number, and we will look into it for you.

Return Policy

Exchange & Return

  • Nubra is NOT ALLOWED for return and exchange due to hygiene concern.
  • Unless that you have received the wrong item or wrong size.
  • We have a 3 BUSINESS DAYS return & exchange policy, which means you have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange
  • To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the SAME CONDITION as when you received it, UNWORN OR UNUSED, WITH TAGS, AND IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
