- Unclip your Nubra.
- Apply cup to each breast with the clips pointing downward towards your belly button.
- Pull upwards when attaching the cups to your breast.
- Smooth the edge of the Nubra onto your breast, leaving 1 - 2cm from the bottom.
- Clip the cups together in the middle.
DO NOT:
- Apply the cups horizontally with the clips pointing each other.
- Do not attached the cups anywhere outside the breast.
