SIZE EXCHANGE

Nubra is not allowed for exchange due to hygiene concern. 
Unless that you have received the wrong item or wrong size.

We have a 7 days return & exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange. (**based on the delivery date provided by the courier)

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Product must be unused and with nubra protective films intact.

PRODUCT ISSUES

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for any product-related issues. (**based on the delivery date provided by the courier)

Issues caused by misuse, improper handling, or accidental damage are not covered.
